Ed-Cred (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an education feedback platform where users can read and submit reviews, participate in discussions, access articles, and use related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use https://test.ed-cred.com/ and associated features.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you register, we may collect your name, email address, password (stored securely), optional profile details (such as country, state, city, education, profession, and bio), and your selected role (e.g., student, teacher, parent/guardian, school staff, leadership). If you sign in with Google, we receive profile information that Google shares with us according to your Google account settings (such as name, email, and profile picture).

Reviews and content. We store the content you submit with reviews (including questionnaire responses, free-text comments, reporting period, and optional attachments), discussion posts and comments, article interactions where applicable, and dispute-related materials you provide.

Verification. For certain roles (for example, leadership), we may collect email verification status or documents you upload to confirm eligibility, as described at the time of collection.

Payments and subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription or pay a dispute fee, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes payment information. We receive limited billing and transaction metadata needed to provide the service—not your full card number.

Technical data. We automatically collect certain information when you use the site, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps. We may use cookies and similar technologies for security, preferences, and site functionality.

Ed-Cred is intended for users who can lawfully enter into our terms. If you believe we have collected information from a child without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

If you access Ed-Cred from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
