Automated processing

We may process review text and related metadata with automated systems (including AI) to assist moderation, safety, and product features. Inputs to our on-site assistant are processed to generate responses as described in our Privacy Policy.

Retention (high level)

We retain data as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Some records (e.g., moderation logs) may be kept longer for safety and integrity.
